Updated COVID-19 Policy

Updated COVID-19 Policy

Masks are now optional at the Duluth Hub. Please continue to monitor for symptoms and stay home if you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19. We will keep our eyes on county transmission levels and update this policy as per CDC guidelines. Thank you for doing your best to keep everyone safe in our community.

My office is equipped with a HEPA air filter and I still plan to wear a mask when we are in close contact during our sessions. Although this new policy may feel a bit uncomfortable for some of us, please know I will honor you where you are at. Just let me know where your comfort lies, and we will work from there. We sure have come a long way since March of 2020!

If you are high-risk or prefer appointments from the comfort of your own home, we can set up a virtual healing session. After nearly three years of consistently offering distance healings, I can assure you that this is an incredibly powerful alternative that is here to stay.

Reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment in person or online.

Virtual Qi Taigu Series starts January 28th

Virtual Qi Taigu Series starts January 28th

Thursday’s Full Moon begins our first Qi Taigu series of the New Year. Meet me on Zoom on January 28th and for the next six weeks to move, clear, and heal together. Come for all of the classes or drop in when you can. Let’s anchor into a space of hope and light as we release, clear, and transform what is. The last class will be on March 4th.

Class is at 6:00 pm CT every Thursday from January 28th to March 4th. Contact Laura for the link.

Suggested donation for the class is $10, or $50 for the series paid upfront, although no payment is necessary to attend.

Qi Taigu is a group energy clearing and maintenance class designed to help you feel light and clear. This series of simple movements, derived from the practices of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Edgu, creates space and flow in the body to help you move through what is. To be in community while doing this work is a powerful reminder that we are never truly alone.

Zoom Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm CT

Zoom Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm CT

Join me for a Virtual Zoom Gentle Hatha Yoga class every Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm CT. The class is donation based and payment is not required to attend.

My intention is to provide a container for us to practice presence through inner focus and deep listening; to cultivate awareness and build integrity in our bodies; and to meet in a space where we can allow ourselves to simply be as we are, without judgment or expectations. I chose the name Gentle Yoga not solely because of the intended asana, but more for the mindset that I invite all of us to bring to our mat: a gentleness with self, with our bodies, and with each other, exactly as we are.

If you would like to join us for Zoom Yoga, contact Laura to join the weekly email list. Please invite anyone who may benefit from this practice. I look forward to seeing you on the mat, with zero expectations.

I recommend having on hand:

  • Yoga blocks or a chair
  • Yoga strap or belt
  • Blanket or two
