I am a trauma-informed practitioner who works in the Lightworker’s Way of hands-on healing as a channel of divine energy. During an energy healing session, we connect with source energy to facilitate healing, release, and recalibration of the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. As a result, the body learns to rest deeply and release old energetic patterns, allowing you to live your life more clearly, authentically, and purposefully.

Each energy healing session is sacred and unique to the individual. Sessions are guided and intuitive and begin with grounding and re-establishing a connection to Mother Earth. Sessions may include breathwork, somatics, chakra balancings, Reiki healing, grid alignments, sound therapy, color touch, toxic clearings, Earth and Soul Star openings, central channel work, drumming, healing stones, Young Living Essential oils, and other healing techniques.

• $90 for a 60-minute session
• $110 for 75 minutes
• $130 for 90 minutes

For your first session, I recommend 90 minutes for a full hour of energy work with time to talk. After our initial meeting, session length can be determined by the length of time you wish to process verbally. For those who prefer more time to process together, I recommend at least a full hour and fifteen minutes for each visit. The time on the table varies from 45 to 65 minutes. Longer sessions are available upon request.

Remote Energy Healing Sessions & Distance Healing

I also offer remote distance healing and energy clearing sessions. My preferred method of connecting is via Zoom, but I am also available for phone and email sessions. During a video session, we connect visually before starting the work. Once the healing session begins, we let the videos go as you lie down and relax in your space. I play music and use all the same healing tools and techniques; we just do it from a distance.
